Meet Steven

Director of Finance

Prior to joining Greystone Development, Mr. Nielsen served as a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for a private equity firm managing over $200 million in portfolio assets, including commercial and residential development. Mr. Nielsen then became an active real estate investor and brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to our team. Mr. Nielsen is highly proficient in accounting and finance, including managing budgets, securing financing, and financial modeling to optimize project performance.

Mr. Nielsen is a licensed real estate broker and belongs to the National Association of REALTORS®. Mr. Nielsen earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah.
